tulogkhaitgising is the pseudonym of the Philippine-based artist whose name derives from a series of maladaptive daydreams due to their neurodivergence who felt that they were asleep while awake (tulog kahit gising).their music draws inspiration from experimental electronica from the late 90s to the early 2010s as well as nostalgia driven by internet culture throughout the pandemic.after finding their sound for a period of two years, tulogkahitgising began working on his debut mixtape titled 'mixtape_0001' which was followed by their debut album 'vol. 1: outsider ambient' and a short ep titled 'vol. 1.5: a study on movement
